Greg Cooper and John Newman established Cooper Newman in 1997, with the shared ideals of running a professional, versatile and ethical agency.
After initially specialising in Commercial property, valuations and the Aged Care sector, services now include Residential Sales, Commercial Sales and Property Management, Aged and Health Care (property and business), Project Planning and Feasibility Analysis.
Cooper Newman quickly developed to become Burwood’s leading agency and this has led to it now being appointed to market substantial projects and subdivisions, both locally and interstate.
In January 2001, the Company was one of the first fifteen in Australia to receive the “Approved” accreditation from the Jenman Group, which is only available to real estate agencies that practice the highest standard of ethics and client care.
Current clients include both public and private companies, religious and charitable organisations, as well as individual property owners and investors.
As Cooper Newman continues to expand, the importance of retaining the respect, integrity and trust of our broad spectrum of clients will never be diminished.
